The processing part of the birds, also called the final
harvest, is a very important phase in order to guarantee
the consuming public a final high quality product. Our
plant works two shifts, during six days per week. We
produce a great variety of chickens classified by weight,
for a very demanding markets such as: restaurants (fast
food and hotel restaurants) and retail such as supermarkets,
general stores, grocery stores and others.
We are the only plant in Panama with an automatic evisceration
system, which guarantees better sanitary and hygienic
levels for our processed products. We have on site government
inspectors who assure the consuming public the highest
standards of quality of our operation. As a result,
the government has approved our plant for exports.
For these reasons and aware of the value and importance
of the hygiene and sanitary control, we have installed
a plant for treating waste water to avoid contamination
of our rivers.
